MyCoop (“we,” “our,” or “us”) operates the MyCoop homeschool co-op management platform. The Privacy Policy you accept at account creation covers, among other things:
- What information we collect, including from co-op administrators and members
- How we use and share information, and who our sub-processors are
- Data retention and what happens when an account or organization is deleted
- Children’s privacy (COPPA) — students do not have their own accounts
- Security practices
- Your rights over your data, and how to exercise them
For the exact, current wording of any of these — including retention windows and the specific list of vendors we share data with — read the governing document rather than relying on this summary, which is not updated in lockstep with it.
